This app was working then stopped

Simple, but cannot figure out how to only adjust the face. It will crop the face but weather you click check or x, the same thing happens. Needs to be more specific or have better directions...

I rated this already, had to do it again with new phone.

This is an amazing app, especially if dont like taking selfie.
